While these January gym deals might not move you to get your money’s worth, they will soften the blow when you set out to achieve your New Year’s resolution (JOIN. GYM!).
You can sign up for most of these deals online, but you’re better off signing up in person. Show up to the gym or studio a few minutes before your first scheduled workout, and you can guarantee you’ll break a sweat at least once in the New Year. 👏 Well done!

Bally Total Fitness: Free EnrollmentJoin any day in January and pay $0 enrollment fee (regularly $99).
2. Gold’s Gym: Seven-Day VIP Pass/Free Enrollment + Free Diet and Fitness PlanNewbies can get a free seven-day pass and $0 enrollment (regularly as high as $199), while all members qualify for a free 12-Week Transformation Plan that include a daily workout plan and nutritional recommendations.
3. Planet Fitness: $10 Initiation + $10 Monthly Membership + PF Black Card From Dec. 29 through Jan. 14, new members can join for $10 (regularly more, fee varies) and pay $10 per month thereafter. 6. Anytime Fitness: $1 Enrollment + Free Fitness ConsultationPay $1 to join (regularly up to $99 enrollment fee) between Jan. 11 and 15. Bonus: You’ll score a free consultation and fitness assessment with Anytime fitness trainer and a 30-day "Get Started" fitness plan (usually $199) that includes a personalized workout plan, nutritional tips, and access to Anytime Fitness blogs.
7. David Barton Gym: Free EnrollmentFrom Jan. 1 through Jan. 31, you can join for free (regularly $250 enrollment fee) and get a special friends and family membership for $110 to $115 per month (usually $139) here.
