Planet Fitness gyms nationwide have a good opportunity for high schoolers.
Planet Fitness invites high school students, ages 14 to 19, to work out for free at any of their fitness locations from now through August 31 through its High School Summer Pass program.
The High School Summer Pass offers a way for students to stay active during the summer months in a fun, safe and judgment-free environment.
The purpose of the program is not only to encourage physical strength among teenagers, but also to receive mental health benefits of working out.
“A lot of times kids don’t really have an outlet during the summer to participate in extra curricular activities, so this gives them an opportunity to be physically active and to help with their mental health and their physical well being which is super important for our teenagers,” said Cynthia Geiseler, Planet Fitness Biloxi club manager.
You can register for the program at plantetfitness.com/summerpass
