Primal Blueprint Law 2: Avoid Poisonous Things
The Primal Blueprint Law 2 is based on the idea that our ancestors lived in a much less toxic environment compared to modern times, and they were able to thrive as a result. In today’s world, we are exposed to a multitude of toxins on a daily basis, many of which can have negative impacts on our health.
For example, processed foods are often high in unhealthy additives and chemicals that can contribute to a wide range of health problems, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners, on the other hand, can disrupt our blood sugar levels and contribute to insulin resistance.
Exposure to environmental toxins such as air pollution, radiation, and heavy metals can also have long-term effects on our health. These toxins can damage our cells, disrupt our hormones, and increase our risk of chronic diseases.
To follow the Primal Blueprint Law 2, it’s important to be mindful of the food and products we consume and the environment we live in. This means choosing organic, whole foods whenever possible, reducing our exposure to environmental toxins, and being mindful of the chemicals we bring into our homes through cleaning products, personal care items, and other household products.
