The third law of the Primal Blueprint, “Move Frequently at a Slow Pace,” is all about encouraging a low-intensity, steady movement throughout the day. This can include activities such as walking, yoga, and light stretching, and it’s meant to promote overall health and well-being. The idea is that our ancestors moved constantly throughout the day as a means of survival, and that this type of movement is more natural and beneficial to our bodies than extended periods of inactivity followed by intense exercise.
